- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior restaurant management experience
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and employees
- capability to work extended periods on feet
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Manage front of house operations
- lead and support FOH service team
- provide exceptional guest service
- oversee inventory and restocking procedures
- ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- assist with P&L reporting and financial controls
- maintain organized and efficient workspace
