Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Evening and weekend availability
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments
  • Ability to work in various temperature conditions
  • Ability to use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Previous management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Experience with P&L reporting and inventory management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Manage front of house staff and daily restaurant operations
  • Collaborate with General Manager and Assistant General Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Oversee service standards and guest satisfaction
  • Handle inventory and assist with P&L reporting
  • Train and mentor FOH team members
  • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
  • Respond promptly to customer needs and resolve any service issues
