Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Evening and weekend availability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Ability to work in various temperature conditions
- Ability to use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Good communication skills
- Ability to maintain professional appearance
- Ability to follow safety guidelines

Job Qualifications
- Previous management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Experience with P&L reporting and inventory management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Manage front of house staff and daily restaurant operations
- Collaborate with General Manager and Assistant General Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee service standards and guest satisfaction
- Handle inventory and assist with P&L reporting
- Train and mentor FOH team members
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Respond promptly to customer needs and resolve any service issues
