Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
- Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as required
- Ability to work in fast-paced and high pressure environments
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures
- Ability to lift, push, or pull furniture for seating arrangements
- Experience using kitchen equipment safely
- Commitment to maintaining a neat and organized workspace
- Ability to work in close proximity to coworkers
- Tolerance for exposure to allergens and food odors
- Professional appearance and grooming

Job Qualifications
- Previous management experience in a high volume full service restaurant
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Experience with P&L reporting and inventory procedures
- Effective communication skills with guests and employees
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of health and safety guidelines
Job Duties
- Manage front of house operations to ensure excellent guest experiences
- Collaborate with Assistant General Manager and General Manager to maintain service standards
- Lead and guide the front of house service team
- Handle P&L reporting and inventory control
- Oversee scheduling and availability of staff, including evenings and weekends
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Respond promptly to customer needs and resolve any issues effectively
