Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
  • Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as required
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and high pressure environments
  • Willingness to work in varying temperatures
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull furniture for seating arrangements
  • Experience using kitchen equipment safely
  • Commitment to maintaining a neat and organized workspace
  • Ability to work in close proximity to coworkers
  • Tolerance for exposure to allergens and food odors

Job Qualifications

  • Previous management experience in a high volume full service restaurant
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge
  • Experience with P&L reporting and inventory procedures
  • Effective communication skills with guests and employees
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety guidelines

Job Duties

  • Manage front of house operations to ensure excellent guest experiences
  • Collaborate with Assistant General Manager and General Manager to maintain service standards
  • Lead and guide the front of house service team
  • Handle P&L reporting and inventory control
  • Oversee scheduling and availability of staff, including evenings and weekends
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Respond promptly to customer needs and resolve any issues effectively
