Job Requirements
- must have the ability to effectively communicate with guests and employees
- detect and identify safety issues and comply with safety guidelines
- lift and carry trays dishes equipment and goods up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- bend stoop and reach to access various areas and items
- ability to work in a fast paced high pressure environment
- ability to work in varying temperatures hot and cold
- lift push or pull objects such as tables and chairs
- use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- maintain a neat and organized workspace

Job Qualifications
- previous management experience in a high volume full service restaurant setting
- strong food and beverage knowledge
- experience with p&l reporting and inventory procedures
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work evenings and weekends
- ability to lead and motivate a team
Job Duties
- manage and lead the front of house service team
- collaborate with assistant general manager and general manager to provide exceptional guest experiences
- oversee day to day front of house operations
- ensure compliance with safety guidelines and standards
- train and mentor front of house staff
- handle inventory procedures and p&l reporting
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
