Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in hospitality
  • Food Handler's Certification
  • Proficiency with restaurant POS and reservation systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent food and beverage knowledge
  • Proficient with restaurant technology systems including OpenTable, Toast, Restaurant 365, and Dolce
  • Food Handler's Certification from the Department of Health
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan ahead effectively
  • Understanding of financial impacts of operational decisions
  • Positive attitude with a good sense of humor
  • Minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional hospitality and leadership on the restaurant floor
  • Assist the General Manager with daily operations and financial performance
  • Ensure restaurant service readiness and adherence to health department regulations
  • Maintain positive work culture by exemplifying company core values
  • Oversee staff training and coaching to enhance performance
  • Manage reservations, seating, and guest experience using key systems
  • Monitor and support the restaurant's operational and compliance standards
