Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in hospitality or food service
- strong leadership skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- knowledge of alcohol service laws and regulations
- certification in alcohol service and safe food handling preferred
- ability to manage budgets and inventories
- proficiency in computer applications related to scheduling and operations
- ability to maintain positive client and vendor relationships
- capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- certification by National Bar & Restaurant Management Association
- openness to working an events-driven schedule
Job Duties
- Schedules, trains, manages, and develops staff
- manages budget and inventory
- trains and supervises alcoholic beverage service
- assists with catering events tied to shows
- establishes beverage program and seasonal specials
- purchases alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- manages culinary program in conjunction with WPC culinary and marketing team
- maintains a positive working relationship with staff, venue client and production team
- works with vendors to increase positive cost results
- works in conjunction with venue house managers regarding attendance and staffing to achieve maximum results
- oversees financial aspects of first class bar/concession stand operations
