Job Requirements

  • Have all necessary documents to hire including food manager certification and TABC
  • Possess prior management experience in food service
  • Be dependable and enthusiastic
  • Demonstrate focus and dedication to high-quality service
  • Complete four weeks of training upon hire
  • Exhibit strong teamwork and leadership abilities
  • Maintain all required health and safety certifications

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or similar role
  • Current food manager certification
  • Valid Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) permit
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to team-oriented work culture
  • Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service standards

Job Duties

  • Manage kitchen and front of house staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide tools and training to culinary staff for consistent food quality
  • Maintain high standards for guest experience and team professionalism
  • Support and motivate team members during shifts
  • Uphold food safety and alcohol service regulations
  • Train new hires during an approximate four-week onboarding period
  • Collaborate with team to enhance the dining environment
