Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years as an FOH manager or successful assistant manager in a full-service restaurant
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Able to stand or walk for long periods, move quickly, bend, twist, lift up to 50 lbs
- Exposure to varying temperatures in kitchen, freezer, and bar environments
- Frequent handwashing and repetitive motion
- Able to read, write, operate computer and telephone
- 50-55 hours per week including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years as an FOH manager or successful assistant manager in a full-service restaurant
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage FOH operations, scheduling, and bar service
- Skilled in coaching, development, and performance feedback
- Proficient in POS systems and restaurant software such as Aloha, Microsoft Office, Compeat
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to uphold a clean, professional, inclusive work environment
Job Duties
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with focus on guest service
- Oversee scheduling, training, and coaching of FOH team members
- Manage bar and beverage cost controls
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
- Drive performance through shift leadership
- Hire, discipline, and onboard FOH staff
- Maintain payroll records and employee status updates
- Roll out new menus, products, and promotions
