Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a supervisory or management role in a restaurant setting
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • knowledge of bar operations
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of guest service
  • willingness to complete initial training in Tyler, TX
