Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years as an FOH manager or successful assistant manager in a full-service restaurant
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • must be at least 21 years old
  • valid driver's license
  • stand and walk for long periods
  • move quickly
  • bend, twist, lift up to 50 lbs
  • exposure to varying temperatures in kitchen, freezer, and bar environments
  • frequent handwashing and repetitive motion
  • able to read, write, operate computer and telephone
  • work 50-55 hours per week including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • proven ability to manage FOH operations, scheduling, and bar service
  • skilled in coaching, development, and performance feedback
  • proficient in POS systems and restaurant software

  • ability to maintain a clean, professional, and inclusive work environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee scheduling and training of FOH staff
  • manage guest interactions to ensure satisfaction
  • coach team members and provide performance feedback
  • control bar and beverage costs
  • maintain health and safety compliance
  • lead shifts and drive operational performance
  • implement new menus, products, and promotions
