Job Requirements
- Minimum two years as an FOH manager or successful assistant manager in a full-service restaurant
- high school diploma or GED required
- must be at least 21 years old
- valid driver's license
- stand and walk for long periods
- move quickly
- bend, twist, lift up to 50 lbs
- exposure to varying temperatures in kitchen, freezer, and bar environments
- frequent handwashing and repetitive motion
- able to read, write, operate computer and telephone
- work 50-55 hours per week including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee scheduling and training of FOH staff
- manage guest interactions to ensure satisfaction
- coach team members and provide performance feedback
- control bar and beverage costs
- maintain health and safety compliance
- lead shifts and drive operational performance
- implement new menus, products, and promotions
