Job Requirements
- Ability to bend, knee and lift (25 - 50 pounds)

Job Duties
- Cross-train in all skill positions within the restaurant
- assist with operational tasks including ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning
- work closely with General Manager and Kitchen Manager
- complete a 7-week hands-on training program with management modules
- supervise daily restaurant operations and support staff
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- provide excellent customer service and resolve guest issues
