Job Requirements

  • Ability to bend, knee and lift (25 - 50 pounds)

Job Duties

  • Cross-train in all skill positions within the restaurant
  • assist with operational tasks including ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning
  • work closely with General Manager and Kitchen Manager
  • complete a 7-week hands-on training program with management modules
  • supervise daily restaurant operations and support staff
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • provide excellent customer service and resolve guest issues
