Job Requirements
- Minimum two years7 experience as FOH manager or assistant manager in full-service restaurant
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver6#39
- s license
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods
- capability to move quickly and lift up to 50 lbs
- Exposure to varying kitchen, freezer, and bar temperatures
- Frequent handwashing and repetitive motion
- Able to read, write, and operate computer and telephone
- Availability for 50-55 hours per week including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years as an FOH manager or successful assistant manager in a full-service restaurant
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage FOH operations, scheduling, and bar service
- Skilled in coaching, development, and performance feedback
- Proficient in POS systems and restaurant software (e.g., Aloha, Microsoft Office, Compeat)
- Strong organizational, time management, and guest satisfaction focus
- Ability to sustain a professional and inclusive work environment
Job Duties
- Lead day-to-day FOH restaurant operations
- Oversee scheduling and training of FOH staff
- Manage guest interaction and ensure high-quality service
- Coach FOH team members and provide performance feedback
- Control bar and beverage costs
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
- Drive shift performance and maintain a clean, inclusive work environment
