Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years7 experience as FOH manager or assistant manager in full-service restaurant
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driver6#39
  • s license
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods
  • capability to move quickly and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Exposure to varying kitchen, freezer, and bar temperatures
  • Frequent handwashing and repetitive motion
  • Able to read, write, and operate computer and telephone
  • Availability for 50-55 hours per week including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years as an FOH manager or successful assistant manager in a full-service restaurant
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage FOH operations, scheduling, and bar service
  • Skilled in coaching, development, and performance feedback
  • Proficient in POS systems and restaurant software (e.g., Aloha, Microsoft Office, Compeat)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and guest satisfaction focus
  • Ability to sustain a professional and inclusive work environment

Job Duties

  • Lead day-to-day FOH restaurant operations
  • Oversee scheduling and training of FOH staff
  • Manage guest interaction and ensure high-quality service
  • Coach FOH team members and provide performance feedback
  • Control bar and beverage costs
