Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or related field
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Valid food handler certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee front of house operations to ensure exceptional guest service
  • Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff to achieve sales goals and maintain high service standards
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as necessary
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Implement promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
