Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or related field
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Valid food handler certification preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee front of house operations to ensure exceptional guest service
- Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff to achieve sales goals and maintain high service standards
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as necessary
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Implement promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
