Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years as an FOH manager or assistant manager in a full-service restaurant
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage FOH operations and bar service
- Skilled in coaching and performance feedback
- Proficient in POS systems and restaurant software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods, move quickly, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Exposure to varying temperatures in kitchen, freezer, and bar environments
- Frequent handwashing and repetitive motion
- Ability to read/write and operate computer and telephone
- Availability to work 50-55 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Able to uphold a clean, professional, and inclusive work environment
- Responsible for hiring, discipline, and onboarding of FOH staff
- Maintaining payroll records and employee status updates
- Rolling out new menus, products, and promotions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with an emphasis on guest service and bar performance
- Oversee employee scheduling and training
- Manage guest interactions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coach and develop FOH team members
- Control bar and beverage costs
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
- Drive performance through effective shift leadership
