Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Execute day-to-day operations of the venue
- Manage and run shifts including opening and closing duties
- Maintain company standards for food, beverage, service, and aesthetics
- Manage staffing levels and control labor costs to meet budgets
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and coach staff across all workgroups
- Handle disciplinary conversations and hold staff accountable
- Engage with guests to ensure exceptional service and resolve guest issues
