Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Execute day-to-day operations of the venue
  • Manage and run shifts including opening and closing duties
  • Maintain company standards for food, beverage, service, and aesthetics
  • Manage staffing levels and control labor costs to meet budgets
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and coach staff across all workgroups
  • Handle disciplinary conversations and hold staff accountable
  • Engage with guests to ensure exceptional service and resolve guest issues
