Job Duties
- Execute systems and hold staff accountable to company standards
- Run and execute shifts including opening and closing the venue
- Maintain company aesthetics and staffing levels during shifts
- Control labor costs to meet budgets
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and engage with staff
- Coach and mentor service staff across all workgroups
- Manage guest relations including handling and resolving guest concerns
