Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of training manual specifications and standards
  • Ability to uphold company standards consistently
  • Experience running shifts and managing venue opening and closing
  • Attention to detail and ownership of assigned area
  • Ability to maintain staffing levels and manage labor budgets
  • Skills in coaching, mentoring, and staff communication
  • Capability to handle guest service situations effectively

  • Experience in managing restaurant operations
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards
  • Ability to manage financials and budgets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle disciplinary and difficult conversations
  • Proven ability to engage and build rapport with guests and staff

Job Duties

  • Execute systems and hold staff accountable to company standards
  • Run and execute shifts including opening and closing the venue
  • Maintain company aesthetics and staffing levels during shifts
  • Control labor costs to meet budgets
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and engage with staff
  • Coach and mentor service staff across all workgroups
  • Manage guest relations including handling and resolving guest concerns
