Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years in a leadership or management role in a high-volume casual or upscale restaurant
  • Strong understanding of POS systems, labor management, and service standards
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Must have or obtain current TAPS and Alaska Food Handler or ServSafe certifications
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Oversee opening, mid, and closing shifts with full accountability for FOH operations
  • Manage daily service flow, staffing levels, cleanliness, and organization
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in zone management and service pacing
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges quickly while maintaining guest satisfaction
  • Uphold the Gold Standard of hospitality by modeling exceptional service
  • Manage guest relations, feedback, and recovery with professionalism and empathy
  • Support servers, bartenders, and hosts in exceeding guest expectations at every step
  • Hire, train, coach, and discipline FOH team members
  • Create and maintain a culture of accountability, teamwork, and positivity
  • Develop and implement ongoing training and professional development programs
  • Participate in performance reviews and team recognition initiatives
  • Manage inventories, deliveries, and vendor relationships
  • review and record invoices
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • Partner with BOH leadership to ensure consistency between kitchen and floor operations
  • Implement company initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and profitability
