Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or management role in a high-volume casual or upscale restaurant
- Strong understanding of POS systems, labor management, and service standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Must have or obtain current TAPS and Alaska Food Handler or ServSafe certifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Oversee opening, mid, and closing shifts with full accountability for FOH operations
- Manage daily service flow, staffing levels, cleanliness, and organization
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in zone management and service pacing
- Identify and resolve operational challenges quickly while maintaining guest satisfaction
- Uphold the Gold Standard of hospitality by modeling exceptional service
- Manage guest relations, feedback, and recovery with professionalism and empathy
- Hire, train, coach, and discipline FOH team members
- Create and maintain a culture of accountability, teamwork, and positivity
- Develop and implement ongoing training and professional development programs
- Manage inventories, deliveries, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- Partner with BOH leadership to ensure consistency between kitchen and floor operations
- Implement company initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and profitability
