- Previous management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of company standards and training manuals
- Ability to run and execute shifts effectively

Job Duties
- Manage different zones of the venue
- Run and execute shifts including opening and closing the venue
- Maintain company standards for food, beverage, service, and aesthetics
- Manage staffing levels and labor costs within budget
- Coach and teach staff including holding pre-shifts and delivering service coaching
- Handle disciplinary actions and hold staff accountable
- Engage with guests and resolve guest issues effectively
