Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Knowledge of company standards and training manuals
  • Ability to run and execute shifts effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and operational ownership
  • Capability to hold disciplinary conversations
  • Ability to control labor for budget adherence

Job Duties

  • Manage different zones of the venue
  • Run and execute shifts including opening and closing the venue
  • Maintain company standards for food, beverage, service, and aesthetics
  • Manage staffing levels and labor costs within budget
  • Coach and teach staff including holding pre-shifts and delivering service coaching
  • Handle disciplinary actions and hold staff accountable
  • Engage with guests and resolve guest issues effectively
