Job Requirements

  • Ability to bend, knee, and lift 25 to 50 pounds
  • Mobility including bending, reaching, wiping, and carrying
  • Ability to stand for long periods without a break
  • Willingness to work 10-hour shifts including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

Job Duties

  • Cross-train in all skill positions within the restaurant
  • Assist with operational tasks including ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Kitchen Manager
  • Complete a 7-week hands-on training program
  • Develop in-store management skills through training modules
  • Provide support to staff and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Participate in team-oriented activities to foster a positive workplace environment
