Job Requirements
- Ability to bend, knee, and lift 25 to 50 pounds
- Mobility including bending, reaching, wiping, and carrying
- Ability to stand for long periods without a break
- Willingness to work 10-hour shifts including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Job Qualifications
- Some restaurant management experience
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to complete a structured training program
- Strong teamwork orientation
Job Duties
- Cross-train in all skill positions within the restaurant
- Assist with operational tasks including ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Kitchen Manager
- Complete a 7-week hands-on training program
- Develop in-store management skills through training modules
- Provide support to staff and ensure compliance with company standards
- Participate in team-oriented activities to foster a positive workplace environment
