Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry
- Experience in restaurant management
- Proficient with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptance as a SCAD-authorized driver

Job Duties
- Ensure staff are prepared motivated and focused to deliver excellent customer service
- Establish and maintain communication between kitchen and servers
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Train discipline and evaluate staff providing feedback to improve performance
- Oversee cash transactions including refunds discounts and comps
- Handle additional duties as assigned
- Maintain operational standards and team cohesion
