Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • 2 to 4 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a private club, upscale restaurant, or resort
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in POS systems and basic computer applications (Word, Excel, email)
  • ServSafe or Food Handler Certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of dining outlets, banquet services, bars
  • Ensure consistent high-quality service and presentation across all food and beverage outlets
  • Training of front-of-house food and beverage personnel
  • Oversee the restaurant(s) to ensure all tables are taken care of and all team members are accomplishing the assigned tasks
  • Oversee closing procedures and ensure cleanliness and readiness of service areas
  • Manage with members and guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly
  • Promote a culture of hospitality and personalized service in line with country club standards
  • Support the coordination and execution of club events, private functions, and tournaments
  • Lead by example and motivate the food and beverage team
  • Assist in training programs for new hires and continuous development of staff
  • Participate in performance evaluations and coaching
  • Assist with inventory management
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
