- Must have Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) certification
- Must be dependable and enthusiastic

- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with culinary team to ensure quality and consistency
- Handle necessary administrative and compliance tasks
