Job Requirements

  • Experience as a leader in customer service and/or production environment
  • Proven ability to lead in quick paced environments as part of a team
  • Basic computer competency
  • Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to the leadership team
  • Works with the leadership team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels
  • Must be an excellent coach, communicator, and team builder
  • Maintains positive working relationships and treats all employees with respect while providing direction and feedback
  • Serves as subject matter expert for ongoing hospitality and service support
  • Achieves strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks
  • Complete understanding of each key position in front and back of the restaurant
  • Demonstrates knowledge of brand and menu items
  • Follows all sanitation and safety procedures
  • Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Greets guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
  • Experience in hospitality preferred
  • Passion for Chick-fil-A values
  • Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of brand and menu items
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • Deliver operational excellence across all front-of-house areas to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Build high-performance teams and identify front-of-house leaders for coaching and development
  • Manage a team of over 50 employees by creating an inspiring vision and holding team members accountable to high standards
  • Maintain a safe work environment that promotes team and food safety
  • Incorporate the store's vision, mission, and core values using Chick-fil-A's model of Genuine Hospitality
  • Increase restaurant results by working cross-functionally with other store leaders through regular meetings and collaborative goal setting
  • Attend weekly leadership meetings to align tactical objectives with broader business goals
