Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or bar management
- Valid Utah Food Handler's Permit
- Valid Alcohol Server Certification
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant or bar management experience (full-service preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and motivate staff
- Valid Utah Food Handler’s Permit and Alcohol Server Certification
- Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Job Duties
- Lead the floor during service to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience
- Coach, train, and support FOH staff with a focus on professionalism and teamwork
- Handle guest feedback and resolve conflicts quickly and graciously
- Create and manage weekly staff schedules based on business needs
- Conduct pre-shift meetings, staff trainings, and performance check-ins
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and daily setup
- Manage POS systems, cash handling, deposits, and nightly reconciliations
- Monitor FOH inventories (non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, supplies) and assist with ordering
- Maintain compliance with Utah food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
