Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of management experience in full service restaurant or bar
  • proven track record managing operations of 3 million dollars or more annually
  • proficiency with Excel, Windows, and POS systems
  • excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 2-3 years of management experience in a full service restaurant or bar
  • experience managing operations with at least 3 million dollars in annual revenue
  • strong leadership and team motivation skills
  • proficiency in computer applications including Excel, Windows, and POS systems
  • dynamic personality with a passion for hospitality
  • prior experience in new store openings

Job Duties

  • manage front of house team and operations
  • ensure every guest has the complete Louie experience
  • lead and motivate staff to create a fun and rewarding atmosphere
  • oversee daily operations including POS and inventory management
  • support new store openings and expansions
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • optimize team performance through training and development
