Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of management experience in full service restaurant or bar
- proven track record managing operations of 3 million dollars or more annually
- proficiency with Excel, Windows, and POS systems
- excellent leadership and motivational skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- manage front of house team and operations
- ensure every guest has the complete Louie experience
- lead and motivate staff to create a fun and rewarding atmosphere
- oversee daily operations including POS and inventory management
- support new store openings and expansions
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- optimize team performance through training and development
