Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in hospitality or food and beverage management
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to lead and manage a team
  • proficiency with inventory and budget management
  • knowledge of alcohol service regulations
  • availability to work evenings nights and weekends
  • ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced environment
  • certification in alcohol service and safe food handling preferred

  • certifications in service training alcohol service safe food handling and first aid
  • knowledge of state and local alcohol laws
  • certification by National Bar and Restaurant Management Association
  • open to working an events-driven schedule

Job Duties

  • Schedule train manage and develop staff
  • manage budget and inventory
  • train and supervise alcoholic beverage service
  • assist with catering events tied to shows
  • establish beverage program and seasonal specials
  • purchase alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • manage culinary program in conjunction with culinary and marketing team
  • maintain positive working relationships with staff venue client and production team
  • work with vendors to increase positive cost results
  • coordinate with venue house managers regarding attendance and staffing
  • oversee financial aspects of bar and concession stand operations
