Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in hospitality or food and beverage management
- strong communication skills
- ability to lead and manage a team
- proficiency with inventory and budget management
- knowledge of alcohol service regulations
- availability to work evenings nights and weekends
- ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced environment
- certification in alcohol service and safe food handling preferred

- certifications in service training alcohol service safe food handling and first aid
- knowledge of state and local alcohol laws
- certification by National Bar and Restaurant Management Association
- open to working an events-driven schedule
Job Duties
- Schedule train manage and develop staff
- manage budget and inventory
- train and supervise alcoholic beverage service
- assist with catering events tied to shows
- establish beverage program and seasonal specials
- purchase alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- manage culinary program in conjunction with culinary and marketing team
- maintain positive working relationships with staff venue client and production team
- work with vendors to increase positive cost results
- coordinate with venue house managers regarding attendance and staffing
- oversee financial aspects of bar and concession stand operations
