Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management experience in the hospitality industry
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • excellent organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Know the specs and standards in the training manual
  • actively seek opportunities to uphold company standards for food, beverage, service, and aesthetics
  • run and execute shifts
  • open and close the venue with the correct aesthetics
  • maintain company standards for aesthetics throughout the shift
  • manage staffing levels
  • show ownership of assigned area
  • ensure good shift flow
  • actively control labor to hit budgets
  • hold inspirational and knowledgeable pre-shifts
  • engage with staff
  • communicate information to staff
  • coach service in all workgroups using See It, Say It method
  • hold disciplinary or hard conversations with staff and hold people accountable
