Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous management experience in a hospitality environment
  • knowledge of company standards
  • ability to manage staffing and labor budgets
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • capability to conduct staff coaching and disciplinary actions
  • ability to engage positively with guests
  • availability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Execute established operational systems

  • hold pre-shift meetings and coach staff
