Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and varied hours
- Physical ability to perform prolonged standing bending stooping twisting and lifting up to 45 pounds
- Experience with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management including experience in hiring training and supervising employees
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Passion for scratch-made food and commitment to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all guests and team members
Job Duties
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations including managing staff and ensuring high-quality customer service
- Hiring training and scheduling employees to ensure adequate coverage and optimal team performance
- Managing inventory ordering supplies and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborating with the executive chef to develop and maintain a diverse scratch-made menu that exceeds guest expectations
- Providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests and team members
- Evaluating employee performance providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as necessary
