Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform all functions at the restaurant level including delivery when needed
  • Ability to work weekends as required
  • Ability to perform prolonged standing bending stooping twisting lifting products and supplies weighing 45 pounds and repetitive hand and wrist motion
  • Willingness to work with hot cold and hazardous equipment as well as operating phones computers printers and other office equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management including experience in hiring training and supervising employees
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience managing inventory and ordering supplies
  • Passion for scratch-made food and commitment to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all guests and team members

Job Duties

  • Overseeing daily restaurant operations including managing staff and ensuring high-quality customer service
  • Hiring training and scheduling employees to ensure adequate coverage and optimal team performance
  • Managing inventory ordering supplies and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborating with the executive chef to develop and maintain a diverse scratch-made menu that exceeds guest expectations
  • Providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests and team members
  • Evaluating employee performance providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as necessary
