Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • At least two years of bartending or serving experience, with one year in a leadership or shift lead capacity in a high-volume restaurant
  • Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends
  • Must be available to work evening shifts on designated inventory count days
  • Must have the flexibility to work holidays as necessary
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Utah Food Handlers Permit
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Utah DABS Card
  • The ability to submit to a background check and drug test is required

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • At least two years of bartending or serving experience, with one year in a leadership or shift lead capacity in a high-volume restaurant
  • Strong working knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, wine, and food pairing
  • Ability to educate team members and customers on beer styles, pairings, and brewing methods
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring guests have a memorable experience
  • Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Utah Food Handlers Permit
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Utah DABS Card

Job Duties

  • Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service that embodies the Silver Reef standard of hospitality
  • Craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency, accuracy, and care
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and uphold beverage presentation standards
  • Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring efficiency, timing, and guest satisfaction
  • Support and guide servers, bartenders, and hosts during service to maintain a cohesive and professional team dynamic
  • Lead by example through professionalism, teamwork, and poise under pressure
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, cash handling, and shift reporting
  • Assist with inventory counts, monitor inventory, and coordinate with management on restocking and ordering needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment across all guest-facing areas
  • Support new team members through training, guidance, and ongoing professional development
  • Reinforce company values and service standards, fostering a culture of hospitality and teamwork
  • Foster team growth and consistency through hands-on coaching and a commitment to elevated service
