Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- At least two years of bartending or serving experience, with one year in a leadership or shift lead capacity in a high-volume restaurant
- Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends
- Must be available to work evening shifts on designated inventory count days
- Must have the flexibility to work holidays as necessary
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Utah Food Handlers Permit
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Utah DABS Card
- The ability to submit to a background check and drug test is required
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- At least two years of bartending or serving experience, with one year in a leadership or shift lead capacity in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong working knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, wine, and food pairing
- Ability to educate team members and customers on beer styles, pairings, and brewing methods
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring guests have a memorable experience
- Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Utah Food Handlers Permit
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Utah DABS Card
Job Duties
- Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service that embodies the Silver Reef standard of hospitality
- Craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency, accuracy, and care
- Maintain deep product knowledge and uphold beverage presentation standards
- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring efficiency, timing, and guest satisfaction
- Support and guide servers, bartenders, and hosts during service to maintain a cohesive and professional team dynamic
- Lead by example through professionalism, teamwork, and poise under pressure
- Assist with opening and closing duties, cash handling, and shift reporting
- Assist with inventory counts, monitor inventory, and coordinate with management on restocking and ordering needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment across all guest-facing areas
- Support new team members through training, guidance, and ongoing professional development
- Reinforce company values and service standards, fostering a culture of hospitality and teamwork
- Foster team growth and consistency through hands-on coaching and a commitment to elevated service
