Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and safe driving skills
  • Background and drug screening
  • Great communication skills
  • Working Saturdays and flexible schedules

  • Compliance with all government I-9 requirements
  • Combination of education, experience, and training

  • Able to work Saturdays and flexible schedules

Job Duties

  • Opening and closing of the restaurant
  • Leading team members effectively and guiding them throughout the day
  • Problem-solving and workload delegation
  • Dividing tip share accordingly to team
  • Conducting and completing projects to better the team/cafe
  • Developing team members professionally and personally, creating an environment that allows people to grow
  • Building schedules for team members
  • Organizing training for future team members
  • Managing a team of front staff including scheduling, training, and general supervision
  • Providing excellent customer service to guests and excellent leadership to team members
