Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service setting preferred
  • Ability to obtain certification in food handling and alcohol service regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service setting is preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain certification in state, county, or local food handling and alcohol service regulations

Job Duties

  • Act as the official greeter and first impression for all guests entering the Sports Bar
  • Warmly welcome guests, manage seating requests, and maintain the waitlist accurately and efficiently
  • Oversee the seating of guests in a timely and strategic manner to optimize the flow of service
  • Proactively engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and resolve any seating concerns with a positive attitude
  • Support the service team by ensuring a smooth transition of guests from the door to the table
  • Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and customer service, turning every visit into a legendary experience
