- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service setting preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain certification in state, county, or local food handling and alcohol service regulations
- Exceptional people skills including outstanding attention to detail and superior guest service abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Duties
- Act as the official greeter and first impression for all guests entering the sports bar
- Warmly welcome guests, manage seating requests, and maintain the waitlist accurately and efficiently
- Oversee the seating of guests in a timely and strategic manner to optimize the flow of service
- Proactively engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and resolve any seating concerns with a positive attitude
- Support the service team by ensuring a smooth transition of guests from the door to the table
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and customer service, turning every visit into a legendary experience
