Job Duties
- act as the official greeter and first impression for all guests entering the sports bar
- warmly welcome guests, manage seating requests, and maintain the waitlist accurately and efficiently
- oversee the seating of guests in a timely and strategic manner to optimize the flow of service
- proactively engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and resolve any seating concerns with a positive attitude
- support the service team by ensuring a smooth transition of guests from the door to the table
- uphold the highest standards of hospitality and customer service, turning every visit into a legendary experience
