Job Requirements

  • Previous server experience in a full-service restaurant, bistro, or upscale casual dining preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
  • Basic knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails is a plus
  • Familiarity with POS systems preferred
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry trays as needed

Job Duties

  • Provide warm, professional, and timely table service to all guests
  • Present menus, describe dishes, and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
  • Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
  • Accurately take and enter orders using POS systems
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
