Job Requirements
- Previous server experience in a full-service restaurant, bistro, or upscale casual dining preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
- Basic knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems preferred
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry trays as needed

Job Duties
- Provide warm, professional, and timely table service to all guests
- Present menus, describe dishes, and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
- Accurately take and enter orders using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
