- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and move quickly for up to six hours
- ability to lift items up to 25 pounds
- basic computer literacy
- excellent guest service skills
- ability to follow uniform standards
- ability to communicate effectively

Job Duties
- deliver the mission statement and motto to each guest 100% of the time
- speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location
- use computer system to input order information
- serve different elements of dining experience at proper times including drinks, food, and dessert
- stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to six hours
- maintain good balance and ability to bend, kneel, and lift items up to 25 pounds
- wipe down tabletops, table legs, pick up debris, and clean booth seats
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room and kitchen about 40 times per shift
- follow proper uniform standards
