Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand and move quickly for up to six hours
  • ability to lift items up to 25 pounds
  • basic computer literacy
  • excellent guest service skills
  • ability to follow uniform standards
  • ability to communicate effectively

Job Duties

  • deliver the mission statement and motto to each guest 100% of the time
  • speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location
  • use computer system to input order information
  • serve different elements of dining experience at proper times including drinks, food, and dessert
  • stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to six hours
  • maintain good balance and ability to bend, kneel, and lift items up to 25 pounds
  • wipe down tabletops, table legs, pick up debris, and clean booth seats
  • transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room and kitchen about 40 times per shift
  • follow proper uniform standards
