Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly in person and on the phone
- provide menu information and promote specials
- take accurate orders using POS system
- process payments including cash, credit, and gift cards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the station
- respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
- communicate guest needs to staff and management
- lead in resolving guest issues professionally
- deliver food and beverages enthusiastically
- greet and complete phone and online order pickups
- provide responsible alcohol service and check IDs
- prepare house beverages following recipes
- keep all areas clean and tidy according to health standards
- manage dishwashing and maintain cleanliness of outside areas
- perform opening and closing duties for cashier, bar, and service areas
- assist teammates with additional duties as needed
- maintain cleanliness throughout the shift by organizing and sanitizing
- inspect glassware and clear tables
- follow established tip handling and safety procedures
- adhere to uniform and appearance standards
- stay prepared and positive with high service expectations
