Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- at least 6 months of customer service experience
- prior restaurant service experience
- possession of CA Food Handlers Certification
- ability to wear close-toed, non-slip shoes
- ability to communicate fluently in English
- ability to work in a high-paced environment
- able to multitask and maintain focus
- able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- available to work weekends and holidays
- must follow company uniform standards

Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly both in the restaurant and on the phone
- provide information about menu items including food and beverage options
- apply selling techniques for specials and promotions
- accurately take orders using the POS system
- process credit card, gift card, and cash payments
- manage cash handling and reconcile receipts
- keep service station clean and stocked
- respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
- build positive relationships with guests during dining
- communicate guest needs to staff and managers
- follow allergen policies
- initiate solutions for guest issues and escalate when necessary
- maintain professionalism and composure
- follow tip handling procedures
- deliver food and beverages enthusiastically
- adhere to restaurant Standard Operating Procedures
- greet and complete phone and online order pickups
- provide responsible alcohol service and check IDs
- prepare house beverages following recipes
- maintain cleanliness of restaurant areas including restrooms and outdoor spaces
- assist with opening and closing duties
- help team members with additional tasks
- clear and sanitize tables and high-touch areas
- inspect and maintain glassware presentation
- comply with uniform and punctuality standards
- maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude
- perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant success
