Job Duties
- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Provide information to guests about menu food and beverage offerings
- Incorporate selling techniques for food and beverage specials
- Take accurate orders using POS and process payments
- Handle and reconcile cash transactions
- Keep station clean and organized
- Respond to guest inquiries timely
- Build relationships with guests
- Communicate guest needs to staff and managers
- Maintain professional and calm demeanor
- Deliver food and beverage orders enthusiastically
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures
- Manage pick up for phone and online orders
- Provide responsible alcohol service and check IDs
- Follow recipes for house beverages
- Keep all areas clean and tidy
- Manage dish responsibilities
- Assist with cleanliness of sidewalks, trash areas, parking lots, and restrooms
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Support team members with additional jobs
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Inspect cleanliness and presentation of glassware
- Clear tables
- Sanitize high-touch areas
- Adhere to uniform and attendance standards
- Demonstrate positive attitude and teamwork
