Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a similar role preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- capability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

- ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly in person and on the phone
- provide detailed menu information and promote specials and targeted promotions
- take accurate orders using the POS system and process payments
- manage receipts and cash transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of station and lobby areas
- respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
- build positive relationships with guests during their dining experience
- communicate guest needs and allergen information clearly to team members and managers
- confidently handle guest issues and escalate to management as needed
- deliver food and beverage orders enthusiastically
- follow restaurant Standard Operating Procedures
- greet and complete phone and online order pick-ups professionally
- verify order accuracy before handing over to delivery drivers
- provide responsible alcohol service and conduct ID checks
- prepare house beverages according to recipes including shakes, lemonades, and tea
- assist with dish management and cleanliness of sidewalks, trash areas, parking lots, and restrooms
- perform opening and closing duties for cashier, bar, and service areas
- support teammates with additional tasks and maintain positive working relationships
- assist in side work such as cleaning, stocking, and food portioning
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout shifts
- inspect and present clean glassware
- clear tables
- sanitize high-touch areas and report safety or sanitation hazards
- adhere to company uniform and attendance policies
- demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and strong communication
- perform other duties as assigned to ensure restaurant success
