Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Offer local recommendations and assist with reservations, transportation, and special requests
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with guests, teammates, and management
  • Ensure guest-facing and back-of-house areas are organized, clean, and inviting
  • Manage administrative tasks, reservations, and transactions with accuracy
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless, memorable guest experience
