Job Requirements
- Meet and continue to meet eligibility requirements for each benefit offered
- Must be of legal age to sell and serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Able to manage conflicts and difficult situations
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Must be able to work a full-time schedule with overtime based on business needs and operational requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs as needed
- Courteous, energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers
Job Duties
- Deliver uncommon hospitality and excellent customer experience by greeting, engaging and guiding guests through menu options
- Place orders for guests using POS systems
- Be trained and certified to sell and serve alcoholic beverages as required by state law
- Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests
- Be knowledgeable about current promotions and menu items
- Support quick table turns along with great safety and sanitation practices while bussing and cleaning tables throughout the shift
- Answer phones, take orders and deliver exceptional service during potential to-go shifts
