Job Requirements

  • Ability to interact with guests in a positive, professional manner

Job Qualifications

  • Previous Hardee's or Carl's Jr. experience a plus

  • Familiarity with food safety and handling procedures

Job Duties

  • Serve guests quality products in a fast friendly, quick service manner
  • Assist other sales representatives as needed
  • Follow all guest service guidelines and procedures
  • Work assigned station(s) accurately and productively
  • Clean and stock station areas
  • Prepare, package, and deliver all products according to menu standards
  • Handle all food products according to company procedures
  • Follow all company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
  • Contribute to the restaurant's success by accomplishing expected work during each shift
  • Support the goals, decisions, and directives of the Restaurant Management Team
  • Follow all company guidelines for food and cash controls
  • Use all products, supplies, equipment, and facilities properly
