Job Requirements

Ability to interact with guests in a positive, professional manner
Must be well groomed and comply with uniform standards at all times

Ability to work around heat and in close quarters

Previous Hardee's or Carl's Jr. experience a plus

Familiarity with food safety and handling procedures

Job Duties

Serve guests quality products in a fast friendly, quick service manner
Assist other sales representatives as needed
Follow all guest service guidelines and procedures
Work assigned station(s) accurately and productively
Clean and stock station areas
Prepare, package, and deliver all products according to menu standards
Handle all food products according to company procedures
Follow all company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
Contribute to the restaurant's success by accomplishing expected work during each shift
Support the goals, decisions, and directives of the Restaurant Management Team
Follow all company guidelines for food and cash controls
Use all products, supplies, equipment, and facilities properly
