Job Qualifications

  • previous experience with Hardee's or Carl's Jr. is a plus
  • ability to work well with others as a team
  • ability to interact comfortably with all guests
  • ability to view restaurant operations from a guest's viewpoint
  • ability to meet performance standards for assigned tasks and duties
  • ability to take initiative and demonstrate problem solving skills

Job Duties

  • serve guests quality products in a fast friendly quick service manner
  • assist other sales representatives as needed
  • follow all guest service guidelines and procedures to ensure superb service
  • work assigned station accurately and productively
  • clean and stock the station areas
  • prepare package and deliver all food products according to menu standards
  • handle all food products according to company procedures while following all food safety and sanitation requirements
  • contribute to the restaurant's success by accomplishing expected work during each shift
  • support goals decisions and directives of restaurant management team
  • follow all company guidelines for food and cash controls and cost control guidelines
