- Previous Hardee's or Carl's Jr. experience is a plus

- Initiative and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and work in hot environments
- Ability to work closely with others in confined spaces
- Experience handling cleaning products safely
Job Duties
- Serve guests quality products in a fast, friendly, quick service manner
- Assist other sales representatives as needed
- Follow all guest service guidelines and procedures to ensure 'SUPERSTAR Service'
- Work assigned station(s) accurately and productively
- Clean and stock the station area(s)
- Prepare, package and deliver all products according to menu standards
- Handle all food products following company procedures and food safety guidelines
- Perform cleaning duties as assigned
- Contribute to the restaurant's success by accomplishing expected work each shift
- Support restaurant management team by performing additional duties as directed
- Follow company guidelines for food and cash controls and cost control measures
- Properly use all products, supplies, equipment, and facilities
