Job Duties
- serve guests quality products in a fast, friendly, quick service
- assist other sales representatives as needed
- perform specific tasks and duties within the restaurant
- provide each guest with a positive guest service experience
- prepare quality food products according to standards
- keep the restaurant clean, pleasant, and safe for all guests and employees
- follow all guest service guidelines and procedures to ensure all guests receive "SUPERSTAR Service"
- work assigned station(s) accurately and productively
- clean and stock the station area(s)
- perform other cleaning duties as assigned
- ensure all guests receive hot, quality products
- prepare, package and deliver all products according to menu standards
- handle all food products according to company procedures
- follow all company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
- contribute to the restaurant's success by accomplishing expected work during each shift
- support the goals, decisions and directives of the Restaurant Management Team
- perform additional duties and responsibilities as directed by management
- follow all company guidelines for food and cash controls
- use all products, supplies, equipment and facilities properly to maintain and minimize restaurant costs
