Job Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work around heat and in close quarters
Must be able to move throughout the restaurant to observe operations
Willingness to take initiative and solve problems
Ability to maintain focus amid busy restaurant environment
Commitment to following all company policies and procedures
Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in quick service or fast food environment is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a team setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow food safety and sanitation protocols
Proven reliability and strong work ethic
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality

Job Duties

Serve guests quality products in a fast and friendly manner
Assist other sales representatives as needed
Prepare quality food products according to menu standards
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the restaurant
Follow all food safety, handling, and sanitation procedures
Provide exceptional guest service to ensure satisfaction
Support restaurant management and perform additional duties as assigned
