Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with a proven track record
- Flexibility to work a schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet all compensation plan goals
- Proficiency in English including reading, writing, and speaking
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with a proven track record
- Previous sales or marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or services industry is a plus
- Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet all compensation plan goals
- Proficiency in English including reading, writing, and speaking
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience selling branded timeshare or vacation ownership products is helpful
Job Duties
- Greet guests and listen to their travel interests to offer the best options to meet their needs
- Present Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to potential owners to generate sales volume and leads while maintaining professional and ethical representation of the company
- Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow-up to ensure customer happiness through email, telephone, and written correspondence
- Apply selling concepts promoted at Hilton Grand Vacations
- Promote an encouraging, collaborative environment and maintain core values and policies
- Attend weekly sales training sessions
- Perform all other reasonable requests by management
